Student Absence Reminder When your child is absent, please send an email to burattend@rcs.k12.va.us. Include your child's name, grade, teacher, and the reason for the absence.
Absence Due to Doctor's Appointment Please send in a doctor's note when your child misses school for an appointment.
Students Arriving After 7:45 Are Tardy If your child arrives after 7:45, a parent is required to come into the office and complete a tardy slip.
Afternoon Transportation Changes Transportation changes should be sent on a note in the morning to the teacher. If something changes during the day, transportation changes must be made before 1:00 pm.
